About the founder

Purpose, commitments, and tested convictions

This site exists because beliefs should be tested in public — with evidence, contextual honesty, and a willingness to change when reality demands it. What follows is the founder's stated purpose, personal commitments, and the affidavit that grounds this project.

My purpose in life

To increase objective values, enjoyment, pleasure, and happiness available in life; to achieve prosperity, happiness, and romantic love; to live in harmony with human nature; to remain free and continually grow; and to prosper as a laissez-faire capitalist by producing values for others.

Personal commitments

Independent and autonomous

An individual who achieves real prosperity and happiness by using the mind to identify objective reality and act harmoniously with what is real.

Guiltless self-interest

The guiltless right and moral responsibility to pursue actions that are rationally beneficial for one's own life.

Rational choice

Rational, free choice is the prerequisite for integrating reality with our nature — which is the prerequisite for prosperity and happiness, and in turn for romantic love.

Supreme value of life

No cause is higher than the life and happiness of the individual. When life and property rights are protected, the rights of all people are protected.

Teaching self-reliance

Usually, the best way to help someone is to teach them to help themselves.

Mind and reality

The mind does not create objective reality; it is an objective-reality-identifying organ. I am an integrated thinker.

Beliefs shape focus

Your beliefs cause the questions you ask yourself. What you focus on is the life you create. You can program your mind to believe what you choose — and you are responsible for the results.

Biological morality

All things good for the human organism and its biological needs are morally correct. All things bad for the organism are morally incorrect. Anything else is not a moral issue.

Purpose of life and society

The purpose of human life is to prosper and live happily. The function of society is to protect the conditions under which individuals can achieve prosperity and happiness.

Universal Constitution

These articles rest on the conviction that society exists to protect conditions for individual flourishing — not to substitute collective will for individual judgment.

  1. No individual, group of individuals, or government may initiate force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual or property of any individual.
  2. Force may be morally and legally used only in defense against those who violate Article 1.
  3. No exception shall ever exist to Articles 1 and 2.

Six axioms

  1. Values exist only relative to life.
  2. Whatever benefits a living organism is a value for that organism. Whatever harms a living organism is a dis-value to that organism.
  3. The basic value against which all values are measured is the conscious individual.
  4. Morals relate only to conscious individuals.
  5. Immoral actions arise from individuals choosing to harm others through force, fraud, deception, coercion, or from choosing to usurp, attack, or destroy values earned by others.
  6. Moral actions arise from individuals choosing to benefit others by competitively producing values for them.

Affidavit of agreement

The founder's oath to live by contextual honesty and to support value-enhancing actions in law, commerce, and public life. These commitments shape how this platform interprets evidence and rulings.

  • Contextual honesty

    Live by contextual honesty — not mere technical truth stripped of context.

  • Eliminate mysticism

    Put forth effort to eliminate mysticism within and around — dishonesty and laziness.

  • Value producers

    Support value producers; do not support value destroyers.

  • Law and justice

    Law is to stop injustice, not to create justice. Support objective law.

  • Honesty oath

    Support the contextual honesty oath in place of the truth oath.

  • Informed jurors

    Support fully informed jurors who judge the contextual honesty of facts and any law inconsistent with these agreements before giving a verdict.

  • Victimless crimes

    Do not support victimless-crime laws created for behavior control and revenue collection.

  • Law of nature

    Act in accordance with the law of nature and the maxims of fundamental commercial law.

  • Public accountability

    Support accountability and full disclosure from public servants — performance contracts, removal when promises are broken, prosecution when necessary.

  • Prosecute destroyers

    Foreign and domestic value destroyers should be prosecuted for their crimes.

  • Life and property

    Hold supreme the life and property rights of the individual — therefore all people are protected.

  • Net production

    Produce more values than I consume.

  • Self-responsibility

    Be self-responsible and act consistently with these agreements.

Maxims of fundamental commercial law

  1. A workman is worthy of his hire.
  2. All are equal under the law.
  3. In commerce, honesty is sovereign.
  4. Honesty is expressed in the form of an affidavit.
  5. An un-rebutted affidavit stands as honesty in commerce.
  6. An unrebutted affidavit becomes judgment in commerce.

Founder's creed — beliefs under challenge

Challenge My Beliefs publishes the founder's convictions as testable claims. Anyone may submit structured challenges with evidence and context. Rulings record whether a belief stays unchanged, is refined, or must change — because prosperity and happiness require contact with reality, not performance of certainty.

A belief changes only when stronger evidence, grounded in objective reality and interpreted with contextual honesty, shows the original belief is incorrect.
